About DEA
DEA Accelerator was founded in 2024 by
Future Females Sofia and Space Tree Venture Studio
to address the underrepresentation of women in Bulgaria’s startup ecosystem.
Since then, we’ve worked with 26 startups, supporting founders as they validate ideas, rethink their direction, build their business models, prepare for market, and become more confident in communicating what they’re building.
Our mission is simple: to give women founders the support, knowledge, connections, and space they
need to build stronger businesses.
We believe a stronger startup ecosystem needs
more women building companies and that means creating better access to the people, knowledge,
and opportunities that can help move forward.

DEA is not a “show up and listen” program. Weekly sessions, practical work, mentor meetings, check-ins, assignments, and three Mini Pitch Days keep you accountable and constantly moving. We challenge your assumptions, push you to do the work, and give you honest feedback - no sugarcoating, no babysitting.
